We are preparing our reopening!

We are pleased to announce that we are preparing our future reopening!

​As you know, we still have NO OFFICIAL date for our reopening yet we are committed to implementing effective safety protocols in order to create a SAFE space for all.
 
Safety remains a priority and we want to share with you a few implemented guidelines.

• We will respect physical distancing.
• We will maintain the highest standard of cleaning, sanitization and disinfection practices.
• We will wear gloves, masks and face shields (or glasses) depending on the treatment.
• We will wear disposal gowns.
• Our dedicated work uniforms will be washed daily.

 
In preparation to your appointment:

• We will ask you a few questions over the phone or text message concerning your health condition.
• If you are experiencing any symptoms such as coughing, fever, nasal congestion, shortness of breath?
• If you traveled outside the province recently?
• If you have been in contact with someone experiencing symptoms or someone who has been diagnosed with Covid19?

If so, we will ask you to postpone your appointment for one month.
 
Once you arrive at Lumilaser,

• We will ask you to wear a mask, please come with your own mask.
• We will ask you to arrive 5-10 minutes in advance to your appointment and we will ask you to please wait in your car or downstairs in the lobby area or outside in front of the building.
• We will call you as soon as we are ready to greet you.
• If you will be late, please let us know in advance so we can plan your arrival accordingly.
• Appointments will be spaced out 20 minutes apart for us to carefully clean and disinfect our working space between each client.
• We will ask you to come alone to your appointment.
• We will ask you to complete a short medical questionnaire to confirm that you are in good health to undergo your treatments.
• At the entrance, we will ask you to disinfect your hands.
• Our waiting area might be closed off and the bathroom restricted to exceptions only in order to minimize any risk of potential contamination.
• We will ask you to please keep the respected distance with others.
