" I went to see Eve after all her great reviews on the social media and I was not disappointed! She is extremely knowledgeable and takes time to listen to you and understand your needs, and your current routine. She asked me more questions than my dermatologist!

'' THANK YOU EVE!

I will start with some background information on my skin. I have had a rough go for about 10 years. I have rosacea, and what I assumed, was acne. My face has always been very red and angry with me. No matter what I put on it, whether the product was a high end brand name from Sephora, or claimed "all natural" and "fragrance free" from Shoppers Drug Mart, my skin hated me. It was constantly flaring up with acne like pimples, dry patches, rough texture, and redness. Simply put, it was irritated. The more I tried, the WORSE it got.

Recently everything took a turn for the worst. I usually have okay days, followed by more scary days. But lately I have been "breaking out" like crazy. My skin has always been red in the typical rosacea prone areas, but 2 months ago it took a turn for the worse. I started to get pimples all over.

I researched and researched and finally came across Lumilaser. I read all of her reviews, was excited to see how amazing she treated her past and current clients and took a shot. Before I ordered anything, because I had ZERO clue what I was even looking for. I assumed I knew my skin as "has rosacea, very dry, and acne prone" and thought I knew what to buy, but I am so happy I decided to reach out to Eve before I made a purchase as she helped explain everything to me.

First she asked to speak over the phone to understand my skin history and type better, then I sent pictures and extra information. She then suggested products that were FOR ME. I bought everything she suggested as I was in dire need of some relief. My skin was screaming for help.

I noticed a difference within a day of using the products. This is post 1 week of my new skincare regimen, and I am amazed. It won't clear up overnight, and I never expected it to, but I saw actual results, and I see more and more every day.

My rosacea is no longer caused to flare up due to my skin care. My pimples have gone down drastically, and I haven't seen any new breakouts or flare ups. My skin has calmed way down, and even the texture has changed. My skin is more even toned, there's a softness to it that was never there before, and the redness isn't a constant (only if I trigger it from my usual rosacea triggers).

I am so beyond happy I found Eve, she has saved me from many more tears over my skin. I feel like me again. She listened to me, suggested products and didn't push on anything. I completely trust her with my future skincare suggestions. She was so kind, and helped me over the internet with no promise of any purchases on me end, she took the time to respond to all of my questions, and continues to check up on me. Thank you so much!

"Eve help me a lot , she its very professional as she respond all my question, she ask me what I was using in my skin so she can help me to find the right skincare products for my type of skin I had bad acne to consequence of using coconut oil , I learned the hard way, don't to use anymore oils in my skin as result I damage my skin. I was so frustrate to find someone help me as I been wasted money buying creams in the drugstore that doesn't help me at all. Lucky I found Lumilaser again thanks so much for help my skin look better every day . "I've recently discovered Lumilaser and the wonderful Eve online during this crazy pandemic. I'd heard about iS skincare line and was looking for retail options in Canada. I'm in Calgary but noticed Lumilaser had such a good rating, an excellent online shop and they had the best pricing so I decided to risk it. " Never had an experience so caring and so knowledgeable with Eve , the esthetician . The 1st time I contacted the place was for a treatment but she instead wanted a consultation ! I remember the 1st time I went - I was driving and Eve called me and gave me proper directions (as I knew how to get to the place but didn’t know you couldn’t turn left (coming from West) on Marcel-Laurin! Good thing she told me or else I would have been maybe 15 mins late!)
I went back for a treatment, and she always follow up on you! She always explains what she is doing - and goes beyond and searches for the products ingredients you are using (that might be the reason why you are not “achieving” your skin goals!)

Finally, like I mentioned at the beginning NEVER in the past 10 years I started to see an esthetician - has been super caring, respectful, takes their time (most rush!!), follows up, and no pressure to buy (again most do!!).

I cannot wait to see the results - it’s been about 4 days since my last 1st treatment at Lumilaser and ALREADY I am seeing results!! "

" I have always had good skin, however, this spring I started developing pimples, more like the kind you get when your pores get clogged. I would never touch my face and I would, rigurosly, wash my face and moisturize it every morning and every night before going to bed, however, my T zone was getting worse and started looking, desperatly for someone to help me. I came accross lumilaser and it's good reviews and decided to give it a try.....best decision ever! Not only Eve helped me to undestand my problem, but also schooled me on skin products. Sulfates, along with silicones, are the worst chemicals mass production skin care products have. I was assuming that not getting a rash equaled healthy skin, my pores being clogged meant my skin was being dehydrated and stripped away from it's healthy and natural oils. The new products I'm using, Aquafolia, not only are gentle but effective. My face feels light but hydrated, matte but flexible, and not at all oily. I highly recommend Lumilaser. "
